    I bought the car 10 years ago from the first owner with 57.000 kms on it and in perfect mechanical and structural condition. Turned out to be my most reliable car.
    Apart from regular maintenance I only had to have the car repaired once in 10 years and 148.000 kms. There was no breakdown, the car was driveable at all times but the gearbox developed a clacking noise in 1st and 2nd gear so I had the bearings replaced when the car had 180.000 kms on it. Apart from that no issue at all in 10 years.
    My average consumption is 6,7 l/100 km (42 mpg). Spare parts for maintenance are relatively inexpensice so this can car be run very cheaply. Interior is surprisingly roomy, boot is OK. My only issue is that due to the short drive ratios and only 5 gears the engine is too loud at highway speeds.
