    I bought a Kia Picanto City 1l 13 plate in 2017 used. It has been very reliable and has never let me down. Apart from the usual service items the only work I had to have done was the replacement of the drivers seat belt, which frayed on the edges and cost a whopping £300 to replace. Fuel economy is good – around 45mpg in normal town driving.
