    had the car 6 years now no problems at all car used daily only upgrade to car is a chip tuning box .it is serviced regular by local mechanic so i have done 50,000 miles now and only bought oil and tyres

    Hola, soy la propietaria de un Audi Q3 de finales de 2021, al poco tiempo de adquirirlo empezó a hacer un claqueteo en caliente, sobre todo en cuarta marcha. Fue adquirido en Solera motor de Jerez de la Frontera, la marca refiere que es una característica constructiva, aunque en el taller no han visto ningún otro coche con esa incidencia.

    Comprado el 01 de febrero de 2021, a Huertas Motor Murcia.
    Modelo Q3 Sportback, S-Line, S-Tronic 7 velocidades, 150CV Diésel.
    Problema detectado Ruido similar al de un somier de muelles viejo cuando el freno de estacionamiento eléctrico está activado, gruñe al subir o bajar del vehículo, en pinzas de freno trasero, el ruido es exagerado, no es normal, pero el concesionario refiere es “normal”, aunque “dicen” se les están quejando los clientes, no lo solucionan en garantía.
    Mes de noviembre 2021, aparece en pantalla cockpit mensaje alerta detección señales tráfico limitada, y el navegador aparece con el mensaje “iniciando navegación” pero desde entonces no funciona. Lo tengo desde el día 27 en concesionario oficial, lleva 3 días en reparación.
    Volante multifución achadado deportivo, la rueda de control de volúmen hace un ruido metálico exagerado y cuando completa una vuelta hace como un click, habida cuenta que es el tercer audi que tengo y los dos anteriores los mandos del volante son idénticos y no lo hacen. En Huertas Motor Murcia ni te escuchan, el señor del servicio postventa es prepotente y te toma por idiota, he tenido que cambiar de concesionario, preferible no ser atendido allí.
    De momento sólo eso, habida cuenta que no tiene un año.
    Por cierto, he hablado con otra persona que tiene otro igual, y no tiene ninguno de esos problemas.
